In January, our team at LIDA AV had the pleasure of delivering a full-scale audio visual hire setup for Rachel’s 40th birthday in the beautiful setting of Mt Martha. From the initial planning stages to the final execution, we ensured a seamless and visually stunning experience that enhanced the atmosphere of this milestone celebration.
The Planning & AV Design
Our collaboration with the event planner, Kath from Bow Creative, began with understanding the vision for the night. The goal was to create an immersive, dynamic event space that would cater to speeches, live entertainment, and a dancefloor experience.
Key considerations included:
Ambient & Party Lighting: A blend of soft ambient lighting for dining and high-energy lighting for the dancefloor.
Professional Audio System: Ensuring clear sound for speeches and a powerful system for the DJ set. Speaker hire was essential for delivering crisp and balanced audio throughout the night.
Visual Elements: Live visuals and projection through screen hire solutions to enhance the artistic atmosphere.
Wireless Microphones & Stage Setup: For seamless guest speeches and toasts, ensuring every moment was heard clearly.
Execution & AV Delivery
On the event day, our team arrived early to transform the venue. Our technicians worked efficiently to set up and test every element before guests arrived, ensuring:
