In January, our team at LIDA AV had the honour of delivering a full-scale audio visual hire setup for this unforgettable night. From concept to completion, our goal was to create an immersive and seamless experience that matched the artistic vision of the event.
Collaborative Planning with Bow Creative
Our collaboration with Kath from Bow Creative began early in the planning process. The objective was clear: to design a dynamic space that supported speeches, live performances, and a high-energy dancefloor.

- Wireless Microphones & Stage Setup: Flawless speech delivery with no technical hitches, ensuring every toast was heard.
On the day of the event, our technicians arrived early to set the stage—literally and figuratively. Every audio-visual component was tested and fine-tuned before the first guest arrived.
